NETTTRACKER SET-UP SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 nettTracker set-up service: Terms & Conditions

Farscape Applications Ltd (us/we) will provide a free set-up service to our customers (you/your) when the following conditions have been met:

A payment has been received by us for the value of 12 months subscription plus VAT where applicable, and the appropriate information has been provided to us to facilitate the service. All initial requirements are found in the set-up service guide.

Upon receipt of both payment and the required information, we agree to set-up the nettTracker company file, ensuring it meets your requirements, and will import any fixed assets that you have provided on a spreadsheet. Due to different time zone differences, please allow 4 working days for the process to be completed.

During the set-up process we may ask you to provide us with more information. We may also need to provide you with additional chart of account codes that you will need to import into QuickBooks Online before we can complete the set-up service. We cannot be held responsible if there is a delay in setting up nettTracker if our requests for further information have not been responded to.

The Set-Up Service has the following limitations:

‘Premium’ subscriptions: We will set up 1 company file for free with up to 2,000 assets. If you would like us to set up more companies, or you have more than 2,000 assets to import, please contact us for further information.

‘Professional’ subscriptions: We will set up 3 company files for free, up to a maxium of 5,000 assets between the three companies. If you would like further companies set up for you, or have a larger number of assets, please contact use for further information.

‘Enterprise’ subscriptions: We will set up 25 companies for free. The maxium number of assets on any one company to be 5,000 assets. If you require more than 25 company fies to be created or have a company that holds more than 5,000 assets please contact us for further information.
