I own three companies, two of which are construction equipment rental, and the third is a Rent To Own appliance and furniture store. With all asset types, furniture and fixtures, vehicles and such I have just over 3,500 items. The onboarding process was simple and Ash was very communicative. Ash taught me some things about quickbooks which was greatly appreciated. Our old DOS system was holding me back from scaling due to the time it would take me to do simple tasks. NettTracker has features that will make my monthly tasks far more efficient. 10/10 Would recommend.

nettTracker has been a tremendous asset to our company. We started utilizing the app last year after our CPA was trying to sell us a $30k program to track our assets. Upon researching, I found nettTracker to be the perfect app for our business at a fraction of the price! It is very user friendly and basically does everything for you, as long as you keep up with your transactions. I wish I would have found this program years ago! After getting this set up, it is not difficult to keep up to date. I had an issue with an amortization in the Other Assets section. The system would not recognize it as something to amortize. Tech Support came up with a work-around. I hope they are able to find a permanent solution soon. Another nice change would be to the journal entry numbers. QBO uses the last number and increments it by one. So, once nettTracker posts entries, it changes the number sequence to "NTJrnl-#########" and then QBO will take the next number in that new sequence. It would be best if they could use the next journal entry number that QBO provides for its transactions to keep them all in order. Even if the numbers have the "NTJrnl" tag behind the QBO generated number, that would be fine, too. Overall, a good system.

Fixed Assets and spreadsheets works well... or not; after several years, it becomes a mess. nettTracker resolved our problems - not only providing us with a clear listing of our assets, but took over the depreciation task. Of course, we ran into difficulties in setting up and getting going but the technical support was phenomenal in providing us untiring support. Now that we have figured it all out, we highly recommend this APP - very cost effective approach that works. Thank you to Ash.

I really enjoy using nettTracker. I used to do fixed assets manually and through the QuickBooks desktop version, FAM. When I switched to QuickBooks Advanced online, I needed a fixed asset system. This is better than using FAM. Also, customer service is top notch. It also has a prepaid expense option which I am excited to implement soon.

This does everything I was looking for in fixed asset management software, and more. It's integration with QBO is excellent--fixed assets are now 5 minutes of work during the month-end close. The prepaid and accrual functionality is also great--very helpful for managing prepaids. Highly recommended!!
